Today my mommy friend blogged about being lonely because her kiddos are back in school. Today my widow friend shared this video on being alone. Thanks, friend! Truth is I've been thinking about the widows, the singles, and elderly in my own loneliness. Lonely isn't that out of reach for any of us really. So, I guess it's another way to have compassion. And another way to encourage us to reach out to those who are alone. :)
ReplyDeleteHad many lonely days and nights as a young widow... one thing I learned the hard way was that even though I was lonely, I was never really alone because Jesus promised to never leave me or forsake me.
